Dr. Maria Papadaki is a global leader with over 20 years of experience in aerospace engineering, disruptive technologies, and enterprise risk. Passionate about building resilient, future-ready organizations, she is known for developing transformative strategies and driving operational excellence. She currently serves as a Chief of Operation at the Dubai Blockchain Center, Associate Professor at the British University in Dubai, and part-time lecturer at Columbia University.
Her leadership journey includes roles at Rolls-Royce and the University of Manchester, as well as serving on the Board of Directors of the Institute of Risk Management (irm) in United Kingdom. Inspired by the Academy of Plato, she advocates for reimagining human intelligence by developing new models that leverage disruptive technologies to unlock the power of knowledge—a journey toward perfect intelligence for humanity.
